Football Crazy!
FC Broughton (FCB) “The Bears”. Practice sessions every Saturday (Mar-Nov) starting at 10am. A warm welcome awaits all who wish to join with 3 different sized football pitches, catering for all age groups.
Formed in 2002 the Football Club Broughton (FCB) was set up initially as a service dedicated to Broughton School but which has evolved into an SFA Centre. Our core focus being primary school children with a secondary focus on high school pupils.
We began with 2 registered SFA coaches, enthusiastically supported by 6+ parents and have grown to 8 qualified coaches including 1 dedicated female coach.

Tennis Club
Welcoming members of all ages, the club runs a series of coaching throughout the tennis season, catering for children as young as five years old, through to adults of all abilities. It’s sociable, good fun and a great way for families to get together whilst bettering their performance on the court.
The tennis club shares a clubhouse with the bowling club, who meet regularly on the adjacent bowling green.

Aikido
Aikido is a non competative, non violent martial art sport, suitable for people of all ages.
Broughton Primary School and Broughton Primary Parent Council are not recommending or endorsing Aikido nor the company supplying the classes but are simply passing on the leaflet and the information it provides.
Book Club

Hobbies Club
Meeting every Thursday 6.30pm - 8pm in Broughton Village Hall. This is open to all
primary school children P1 - P7 and costs £1 per session
Broughton and District Bowling Club
We welcome beginners and adults of all ages to take part in the sport of Lawn Bowling.
Club nights are Mondays and Thursdays at 7pm between mid April and Mid September at the Bowling Green situated behind the Broughton Primary School next to the Tennis Court.
With the outdoor season lasting five months there are plenty opportunities to take part in club, county and national competitions.
The club have two members who are recently qualified Bowls Scotland club coaches who offer free coaching to anyone interested in taking up the sport. During 2010 a grant was received from Communities 2014 to enable purchase of equipment (junior bowls, adult bowls , trainer shoes and coaching handouts to enable coaching to become more accessible). During 2012 coaching will be available on a regular basis and further details will be on our web site once dates and times are confirmed.
